Before embarking on his solo career, David gained recognition for his work with Arno Carstens and as a member of the rock supergroup Springbok Nude Girls, earning the Best Rock Album award at the South African Music Awards (SAMA) in 2022. His extensive experience includes collaborations with notable artists such as Mike Rutherford, Zolani Mahola, and Judith Sephuma. David’s performances span continents, gracing stages at the Isle of Wight Festival, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Rocking the Daisies, among others.
