MORE INFORMATION ON THE ARTISTS:
The Brother Moves On
Are the ghosts inside the magic, the stranglers of an innocent idea of bringing performance art to its knees through music and story telling as a playful site specific theatrical performance. The music can be described as post-folk-psychedelic-rock made by afrique indie kids who boldly claim their heritage is part of a generation in transition in South Africa. The name of this collective was inspired from David Simon’s ‘The Wire’ character “The brother”, a silent assassin in a transient space.

Spoek and Eve’s collaborations are an on-going project.
