About the Show:
The Hot Rod Shop is a weekly, twenty four minute exploration of the Rodding and Muscle car world. Join Joe van Zyl, Editor of SA HotRods Magazine as he takes you on a fact-finding, tyre smoking journey through the Rodding industry in South Africa. Meeting some interesting people and the cars they love to build. Each episode covers a different aspect of the Rodding industry, from being informative, to entertaining and playing in the mud.
The duration of each episode will be 24 (twenty four) minutes (excluding sponsorship branding) and will flight a minimum of 6 (six) times a weekend, Saturday and Sunday. The show is scheduled to start on Saturday 14th July 2012 and continues up to and including Sunday 7th October 2012.
Ignition on DSTV Channel 265 is all about new models, old bangers, supercars or classics, hot rods and pimped up racers – if you’re crazy about cars then South Africa’s only motoring channel will get your engine running.
